I have loved Penney Pierce's previous literary works but of all, I enjoy her articulate insights on dreams and she hit the nail on the head with this one. Ever since I was a kid, I personally have had at least no more than 14-20 different dreams...a day!!!!😴 and deciphering them was no walk in the park. I keep a journal to note them all down and are all 100% percent relatable. But in the beginning, I had no firm foundation as to why I had one too many dreams. Over time I realized that some were actual precognitive dreams, others actual visions, others messages from my subconscious and psychic self, some were actual messages from deceased loved ones or from the heavenly realm, some were warnings about actual danger regarding certain people or situations and in terms of wrong decisions about to be made as well, others came in symbolism and metaphors like numbers, animals, colors, etc; at times I had what could best be described as the innovation dreams where I'm shown an idea in particular and asked to explore it (I once dreamt 7 years ago I was working on a computer program and I knew nothing about C++ or programming then at the time but I saw the codes and saw what I was working on and felt I was in awe about learning something entirely new), which leads me to what i call learning dreams where I'm taught something and I'm engaged in that topic with success, then there's the travel dreams I have dreams I'm in India, Japan, Spain, Chichen Itza, South America and I can literally see and explore the cultures vividly without ever having been there, then there's the past life dreams where i can visit parts of my past within this life but also from past lives to understand my current existence better, and there's so much many more I can think of based on my 26 years of experience with dreams. In this book, which is lengthy but awesome, Penney goes into detail discussing different types of dreams which gave me comfort to further understand why it is I see in terms of those few dreams I couldn't quite figure out what I was seeing. This book contains meditative healing exercises. She introduces us to a wide multitude of new healing exercises i have heard of but never truly explored and a whole new appreciation of dreams as well as that of my psychic gifts, of my subconscious and conscious self, and of the spiritual world.Product details

Be the Dreamer Not the Dream A Guide to 24Hour Consciousness edition by Penney Peirce Carol Adrienne PhD SelfHelp eBooks Reviews
I absolutely love the author's style of writing. She is so very thorough and takes you on a journey where it is easy to understand the dream world and how it merges with our waking world. Beautiful work!
Sweet dreams are made of this! In this beautifully written e-book, we are challenged to work with our dreams and to bridge the gap between awakened consciousness, night-time dreams, lucid dreaming and the interaction with daydreaming. This is more than an ordinary dream book, but rather a readily usable tool for stimulating your dream life and journeying into the personal subconscious for deepening your insight and self-knowledge on a daily basis.
If you’ve enjoyed Penney Peirce’s award-winning books before, you’ll be delighted with this gem of a book! As such, it is a wonderful companion piece to her three transformation trilogy books The Intuitive Way, Frequency, and Leap of Perception. And if you’re new to Penney, you’re in for a fantastic surprise with this marvelous blend of insightful observations, useful exercises, a brilliant dream dictionary plus beautifully lush full-color illustrations by international artist Peter Esdaile.
